The Thing is a gaming genre Survival Horror Third-Person which is a sequel of the movie The Thing, in this game players will conduct an investigation of the ruins of the Outpost, they will find a UFO. 

They also will find the bodies of children, one of the survivors of the film. After securing the facility, Blake is airlifted to the Norwegian research station to locate and reinforce Alpha Team after Whitely Colonel told him that they had lost contact with the team. There is Blake and herd group meetings about things that slowly subsided as Blake rescue team Colin and learn from a government conspiracy to Gen Inc. in conducting experiments on alien lifeforms before they begin to occupy the research facility. Blake learns that Whitely was behind it all the time and even injected himself with Cloud Virus Strain B4. With the new group, Blake fights through a lot of black ops and creatures before killing Whitley changed. Players have the help of a helicopter pilot, was lowered to RJ Macready, the hero of the original film.
